Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 small pkg. corn tortillas
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    sour cream
    red hot sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and chop into little pieces. Put 1 package of taco seasoning in the hamburger.
    Add one cup of water and let simmer. Simmer until all water is gone.
