Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 English muffins
    1 small onion, grated
    1 doz. eggs
    1 c. milk
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. ground sausage, browned
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Separate muffins and lay in pan.
    Mix onion, eggs and milk; pour over muffins.
    Layer cheeses, then sausage, then cheeses.
    Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
