Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled, deboned and diced
1 pkg. Doritos
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Melt Velveeta, soup and tomatoes. Stir in diced chicken. Rotate layers of crushed Doritos and chicken mixture in oblong baking dish, ending with chicken mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
