Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    3 c. sugar
    1 pt. half and half
    5 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until pudding forms.
    Let cool.
    Add half and half and vanilla to pudding mixture.
    Add 1 quart more of milk when ready to freeze.
