Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. hash brown patties, shredded
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (12 oz.) bag shredded cheese
    1 sour cream
    real bacon bits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Separate thawed hash browns into shredded pieces; add egg.
    Spray pan with vegetable spray and spread potatoes in pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Remove and add cheese, bake until the cheese melts.
    Top with sour cream and bacon bits.
    Cut into squares.
