Low-Fat Fruit And Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    1 medium size red Delicious apple, cored and shredded
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. currants or raisins
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
    Stir until well blended.
    Cover and chill thoroughly.
    Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
    Yields 2 1/2 cups.
    Contains 13 calories per tablespoon.
