Kathy'S Tomatoes Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. green onions
    1 stick butter
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 to 8 tomatoes
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add cooked, seasoned spinach.
    Cut top off tomatoes; scoop out.
    Fill with the spinach mixture.
    Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, depending upon size.
