Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    10 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Drain well. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onions, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Add to broccoli.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole that has been greased.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and crackers on top. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
