Chili Cheese Ball(Ii. - M.S.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sharp process American cheese, shredded (2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of red pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Let cheese stand at room temperature to soften; combine cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder and red pepper; beat with rotary beater until light and fluffy.
    Stir in nuts.
    Shape in a ball.
    Sprinkle with mixture of chili powder and paprika.
    Chill. Before serving, let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
    Serve with crackers.
