Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pinto beans, cooked, drained and mashed (can use canned)
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. canned milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, beans, milk and vanilla. Add nuts and coconut. Mix all together and pour into 3 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Can wrap and freeze.
