Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    steak
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    1 green pepper
    2 c. water
    2 bouillon cubes
    soy sauce
    1 can tomatoes
    cornstarch
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut steak into small pieces.
    Brown in small amount of oil. Season with garlic powder and onion powder.
    Cut green pepper into strips and add to steak.
    Add water, bouillon cubes and soy sauce to taste.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Add tomatoes and simmer a little longer; thicken with cornstarch.
    Serve over rice.
