Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, saving 3 tablespoons of juice.
    Combine sugar, flour and juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple.
    Stir well. Put in a 1-quart greased casserole dish.
    Combine butter and cracker crumbs.
    Put on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
