Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. buttermilk
    1 oz. Parmesan cheese
    10 oz. chicken breasts, pounded flat
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash each: pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
    1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. (6 Tbsp.) dry bread crumbs
    4 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk and cheese; set aside.
    Sprinkle chicken with flour, salt and seasonings.
    Dip chicken into buttermilk mixture, coating both sides and using all of the mixture.
    Now, coat chicken with bread crumbs.
    In skillet, heat oil.
    Add chicken and cook, turning once, until brown on both sides.
