Deer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. deer
2 lb. ground pork
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. onion flakes (dry)
4 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. fennel seed
1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 bay leaves, crushed
Preparation

Grind all meat together and hand mix spices into meat.
Make patties and freeze. Fry patties as desired until done.
