Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix eggs and salad oil together and stir into dry ingredients; do not beat. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed.
    Spoon batter into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Allow cakes to cool in pans for 10 minutes after removing from oven.
    Remove from pan and cool completely.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows).
