Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) cans tuna in water, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. mustard
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion, celery and green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix tuna, mayonnaise, vegetables, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Shape into 15 (2-inch) balls.
    Roll in remaining crumbs, coating well.
    Flatten balls into small patties. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Heat 1/2 cup oil in a skillet and fry patties 5 minutes on each side.
    Add more oil as needed.
    Remove from skillet and drain on paper.
