Baked Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ducks
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    salt and black pepper
    1 apple, quartered
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    8 slices bacon
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. chicken stock
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 onion, quartered
    1/8 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Season duck with salt, red pepper, black pepper, white pepper, thyme, oregano and basil.
    Sprinkle onion and apple with cinnamon. Stuff into duck cavity.
    Cover each duck with 4 strips of bacon.
