Juanita'S Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 lb. frozen chopped spinach
2 pkg. bread crumbs, seasoned, rolled fine (save 1/3 for topping)
15 eggs, beaten
3 onions, minced
Preparation

Cook spinach in salted water.
Drain.
Cool.
Mix all ingredients.
Place in large buttered baking pan, spread reserved crumbs over top.
Pour melted butter over crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes, or until heated through.
