Healthy Spinach Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 uncooked lasagna noodles
    4 slightly beaten egg whites
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese, drained
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. basil (optional)
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    20 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    2 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese (8 oz.)
    1 tsp. oregano
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    In saucepan cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
    Thoroughly drain spinach, pressing out excess liquid. Combine egg whites, spinach, cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil and garlic powder.
    Spread one-eighth of mix on each noodle.
    Loosely roll up jelly roll style, starting with short edge.
    Place, seam side down, in casserole dish.
    Pour tomato sauce over rolls.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
