Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow self-rising cornbread
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1 can creamed corn
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 to 10 jalapenos, chopped
    cooked hamburger, sausage, bacon or ham, diced
    1 block grated cheese (save 1/2 to be on top)
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan with vegetable oil.
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top of hot cornbread to make a melted cheese topping. Serve with pinto beans.
