Coconut Cream Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. coconut cream pudding
3 1/4 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix flour and margarine together, forming crust.
Pat into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool completely.
Beat pudding and cold milk together until thickened; set aside.
Mix cream cheese with half of Cool Whip; spread on cooled crust.
Spread pudding on top of cream cheese mixture. Cover with rest of Cool Whip; sprinkle with toasted coconut; refrigerate.
