Chicken-Crouton Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. seasoned croutons
1 c. butter or oleo, melted
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can milk
3 to 4 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
10 oz. frozen peas
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix croutons and butter together and press half of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over crouton mixture; top with remaining croutons.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 12.
Good way to use your leftover chicken or turkey.
