Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes, riced
    1/2 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except flour when hot.
    Let cool well, then add flour.
    Chill before rolling.
    Roll out a heaping tablespoonful of dough about the size of an egg on a well floured surface to a 6-inch circle.
    Roll out thin.
    Use a cast-iron frypan.
    Bake on both sides at medium-high heat.
    Bake until lightly brown on both sides.
    Serve with butter.
