Peaches And Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 box instant vanilla pie pudding
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. peach juice or water
    1 large can peaches, drained
    3 Tbsp. peach juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    12 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients well and pour into oblong greased cake pan.
    Pour the drained peaches on top.
    Mix the peach juice, sugar and cream cheese.
    Spread mixture over cake and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
