Essie'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. broth
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chopped water chestnuts
    crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except crackers.
    Put in a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Spread Ritz crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
