Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco or margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 c. rhubarb
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Mix flour and soda together.
    Mix egg, buttermilk and vanilla; add to sugar-margarine mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
