Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 can (1 lb.) peas and carrots, drained
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Spoon into a greased baking dish.
    Top with unbaked pie crust.
    Cut slits for the steam to escape.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
