Bachelor'S Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chuck roast
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    1 pkg. instant dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Lay roast in middle of 5 pieces of heavy-duty foil.
    Pour rest of ingredients on top of roast, bring foil up and around and seal completely.
    Bake 5 hours at 225\u00b0.
    When done, you will have a nice roast with gravy.
