Microwave Sweet Potatoes Or Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. medium sweet potatoes or yams

Preparation

Cook potatoes 1 inch apart on the oven shelf in a circle. Pierce the skins to allow steam to escape.
Remove potatoes from microwave when fork comes out with a little resistance.
Wrap into foil to keep warm until ready to serve.
