Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 lb. cut up pork
2 Tbsp. butter
2 green peppers
1 onion
5 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
pineapple juice
1 c. water mixed with 5 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can chunk pineapple
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Dip meat in eggs, then flour mixture.
Cook meat in about a cup of hot oil.
When done, put in oven to keep warm.
Melt butter.
Cook pepper and onions until brown.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pineapple juice and water with cornstarch.
When thick, add chunk pineapple. Mix with meat and rice.
