Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour or half and half with whole wheat
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Blend in other ingredients. Pour into 2 bread pans or three 1-pound coffee cans.
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour (test with toothpick).
