Grandma'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. potato water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. mashed potatoes, cooled
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, sugar and salt in a bowl, then add in this order: beaten eggs, potato water and yeast water.
    Mix.
    Cream the shortening and flour; add.
    Mix to form a soft dough.
    Let rise until double, punch down and form rolls.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
