Cocoa Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. softened butter or margarine
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup cocoa and salt; set aside.
In a large mixer bowl (at medium speed), cream the butter and granulated sugar.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually add dry ingredients and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Wrap and chill dough for at least 1 hour.
