Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pork meat, finely diced
    2 medium onions, finely diced
    2 tsp. garlic cloves
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    4 c. cooked rice
    3 eggs, beaten (optional)
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. chopped green onion (all of it)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat wok or skillet.
    Add oil; fry half of the onion and garlic until garlic turns slightly brown.
    Add pork; cook until done or 5 minutes, then add rice to the meat.
    Stir thoroughly until mixed and heated through.
    Push rice to side of the wok or skillet.
    Pour in egg mixture.
    Add salt and pepper in the center (if desired).
    Scramble eggs until set; mix with rice and sprinkle soy sauce over the rice.
    Raise heat for 1 minute; remove.
    Add rest of the onion; mix thoroughly.
    Serve hot.
