Chicken Breasts In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    1 c. chicken stock
    6 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cream
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Season chicken breasts with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Bake, covered, in an oven preheated to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a pan.
    Add the flour and stir well.
    Cook for a couple of minutes; don't brown.
    Add hot chicken stock and continue stirring until smooth.
    Set aside.
