Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. round steak
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. bouillon (2 cubes)
1 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
1/3 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Put all ingredients except wine, flour and sour cream in slow cooker.
Cook low, 6 to 8 hours.
Turn to high; add wine. Dissolve flour in water and stir until well blended.
Cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened.
Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
Serve over noodles.
Serves 4.
