Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 envelope dehydrated onion soup mix
    2 c. water
    2 cans cream of celery soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into serving pieces.
    Spray a 6 x 12-inch casserole dish with Pam.
    Put rice in dish.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup over rice; add water.
    Place chicken in single layer, skin side up, on top of rice.
    Spoon celery soup, saving 1/2 can for heating over. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0.
