Shortcut Fondue Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cheese soup
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    chopped chives
    celery sticks
    raw cauliflower
    corn chips
Preparation
    Combine soup, cheese, Worcestershire, lemon juice and chives. Cover and heat in slow cooking pot for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Stir until smooth.
    Keep hot in pot and dip celery, cauliflower and corn chips.
