Apple Betty Granola Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 c. sliced tart apples
1/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. sugar (granulated)
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. granola
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. softened butter
Preparation

Peel apples; slice into buttered glass pie plate.
Drizzle orange juice over apples.
Make topping by mixing the remaining ingredients together until mealy.
Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are soft.
Makes 6 servings.
