Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11.2 oz.) pkg. Jell-O no bake real cheesecake
    1 c. cold milk or half and half
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Mix crumb mixture as directed on package.
    Press onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
    Beat milk, filling mix, pumpkin and spice with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
    Beat on medium speed 3 minutes.
    Filling will be thick.
    Spoon over crumb mixture.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
    Makes 12.
