Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. saltines, crushed
Preparation
    Mash squash.
    Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Pour into a buttered dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
