Honey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add milk, salt, honey and shortening.
    Beat in 1/2 of flour.
    Mix well.
    Gradually add remaining flour.
    Let raise until double.
    Make 2 loaves or sweet rolls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
