Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, cinnamon, salt and soda; set aside.
    Combine oil, eggs and sugar; mix well with electric mixer on medium speed. Add dry ingredients slowly, stirring until all are moist.
    Stir in nuts and strawberries.
    Put in 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until pick comes out clean.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
    Remove on wire rack.
