Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. (small can) cream-style corn
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    few shakes garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix together everything, but the cheese.
    Pour half of the mixture in a well-greased, hot skillet (iron pan is best). Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on top of this mixture.
    Pour rest of combined mix on top of this and then sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
