Chelsea'S Potato Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small potato
1 jar peanut butter
1 or 2 boxes powdered sugar
wax paper
Preparation
-
Boil one small potato.
Peel and mash in mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar until able to be rolled flat.
After rolled flat, spread with peanut butter.
Roll up like jelly roll.
Wrap wax paper around roll and put in refrigerator to let chill.
Slice and serve.
