Chunky Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) white sauce mix
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. water
    10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 carrot, coarsely shredded
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In medium pan, combine white sauce mix, chicken broth and water.
    Add broccoli, carrot and onion.
    Bring to boil over high heat, stirring often.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring often until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in milk and pepper.
    Simmer 2 minutes or until heated through.
    Serves 4.
