Cheese Pineapple Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. New York Cheddar cheese (strong)
    1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese
    24 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 lb. imported Swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. California Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
    juice from 2 fresh limes
    paprika
Preparation
    Grate or mash all the cheeses and mix them together in a large bowl.
    Add the melted butter, lime juice, sherry and seasonings (except paprika).
