Chocolate Cookie Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in bowl. In saucepan, mix margarine, cocoa and water and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Pour over flour mixture; mix well. Dissolve soda in buttermilk; add to first mixture. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour in 12 x 18 cookie sheet pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Five minutes before done, make Frosting.
