German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. potatoes, cooked and cut
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut and browned (save drippings)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    salt
    pepper
    onion
Preparation
    Add flour to bacon drippings.
    Stir until thick paste is formed.
    Mix the remainder of ingredients and add to paste. Simmer until thick.
    Add potatoes and onion.
    Serve warm.
    May make ahead and reheat before serving.
