Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli or thin spaghetti
    1 large can mushrooms
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 cooked chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sherry
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Break vermicelli into pieces.
    Cook al dente and drain (approximately 5 minutes).
    Saute mushrooms in sherry and margarine.
    Bone and skin chicken; cut into large pieces.
    Combine all ingredients except cheese; sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake in a flat, shallow dish at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
